1. Services Provided

We provide roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle lockout assistance

  • Battery jump starts

  • Fuel delivery

  • Tire changes and minor roadside repairs

Service availability may vary based on location, time, and circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond our capabilities.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include digital payments such as Apple Pay, Apple Cash and Zelle. Credit cards and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash USD. (United Stated Dollar)

  • Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services and possible legal action.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your vehicle, location, and situation.

  • Remain with your vehicle (when safe) until assistance arrives.

  • Ensure that the location is safe for our technicians to provide service.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • We strive to provide fast and professional service, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, loss of income, or missed appointments.

  • Customers are responsible for any pre-existing damage to their vehicle. We are not responsible for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, hazardous locations, traffic accidents).

5. Service Limitations

  • Services are limited to what can reasonably be performed roadside.

  • We are not a towing company. If a tow is needed, we may refer you to a towing provider.

  • Certain vehicle makes, models, or conditions may prevent successful service.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • If you cancel a service request after a technician has been dispatched, a service fee may apply.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued at our discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
